HOME HIGHLIGHTS: -Per WaterColor HOA, all guests 5 years of age or older must be included in your adult guest total in order to receive wristbands to access amenities and pools. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico. **As of January 2021, this house is undergoing exterior renovations. These updates include new decking throughout, outdoor tv by the pool, and new exterior paint. The grill area is also being removed, and a propane grill will be in place for this 2021 season. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. As of July 2022, there is construction in the vicinity of this home.

    We have been renting houses in the Seaside/Watercolor area for the past 10 years through 360 Blue and this truly is one of the best houses we have stayed in for Easter break. The kitchen was very well stocked and we appreciated the large pantry. Each of the guest rooms had enough towels for each of our guests for the week, which is such a plus to not have to wash towels during our week-long stay. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed having lots of pillows. This house is truly spacious and beautiful, we just wish we could have used the pool but the cold front that came through made it too cold to use. I definitely would recommend this house for large families.

    The home is wonderful, has a superb layout for multiple adult couples. It was very clean and the pool and backyard were serene and a fun place to spend any time we had away from the beach, which is a short, fun bike ride away.

    We treated our family and friends, a group of 12 to a vacation to thank them for all they have done for us. We enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of space and felt the house was clean and comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the bikes that were available. We also rented a golf cart which was beneficial to drive to the beach daily.
