LOCATION: This home is located in WaterColor's Camp District.
Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: This is coastal living at its finest. The beaches of WaterColor are just a short bicycle ride or walk away, as are so many WaterColor amenities such as the Tennis Center, the Boat House and the spectacular neighborhood pool. This lovely home offers a gourmet kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, a gas stove and wooden butcher block countertops. The kitchen transitions into a beautifully appointed dining room and living room, which offers a TV/DVD/Bose stereo ensemble. The fourth bedroom doubles as a second living area, and features a TV/stereo entertainment center. Friends and family can kick back under the ceiling fans on the furnished porch after a day on the beach. Starting on the first floor, the primary suite has a king bed, a TV/DVD ensemble and its own bath which features a separate claw-foot tub and shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, a TV/DVD entertainment center, and also has its own bath with a shower only. The third bedroom has a double bed and a shower bathroom with a single vanity. The fourth bedroom, which is on the second floor, has two full over full bunk beds and queen sleeper sofa, a shower bathroom with a double vanity. The separate den is a favorite with the kids. An outdoor shower is the perfect place to rinse off after a day at the beach. This home also has an outdoor propane grill and a car port.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Per HOA Policy, all golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Homes are permitted one golf cart per home. Homes with owner provided golf carts are not permitted to rent an additional golf cart.

The stay was great! The house was really nice and in a great location. We enjoyed the use of the beach club and the golf cart. Parking was easy. We had one maintenance issue on the last day which 360 Blue quickly responded to and resolved. I highly recommend it. :)

My family, friends and I enjoyed our stay at Always Amazing from May 4 to May 11,
2024. Its location was so close to Camp Watercolor, we were able to walk there and didn’t have to call the shuttle service or use the golf cart on site. We have been coming to places managed by 360blue for several years and choose different places to stay each time. We are already researching where we want to stay in May 2025.
