All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: 120 Flatwood Street is a stately home with its architecture and special features. This incredible Lake District home includes 5 bedrooms plus 2 additional bunk rooms and is sure to delight. Its large rooms and phenomenal detail are perfect for the entire family. Upon entering the home, you will be welcomed by the beautiful brick archway in the great room, along with its tall ceilings, rich flooring, and warm tones. You will be able to enjoy meals from a spectacular kitchen. The high-end appliances, granite countertops, stunning cabinetry, and the extra-large island make preparing that fabulous meal much easier. The kitchen, together with the living room and dining room, is comprised of an open floor plan that everyone can enjoy. A king bedroom can also be found on the first floor. This room features a flat-screen television, a walk-in closet, and a connecting bathroom with double vanities and a glass shower.
On the second floor, you will encounter an enormous primary bedroom with a king bed and a queen sleeper, a flat-screen television, balcony access, and a connecting spa-like bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in glass shower, and a large tub. There are 2 more bedrooms on this floor, both featuring a queen bed with a single sleeper, flat-screen televisions, access to a balcony overlooking the park, and connecting bathrooms with single vanities and glass showers. Next, on the third floor, a bedroom with a queen bed, flat-screen television, and a connecting bathroom with double vanity and a glass shower greets you. Additionally, there is a bedroom with 2 bunks (4 twins) and a connecting bathroom with a single vanity and a glass shower. Our stay at this beautiful home was perfect! Having access to bikes and a golf cart made getting around Watercolor/Seaside and to/from the beach a breeze. The 2 masters were an added bonus and allowed us all to be comfortable in our own space. The kitchen was fully stocked and allowed us to prepare our own meals when we weren't eating at our favorite spots around town. We enjoyed our coffee on the back patio every morning in the screen-in porch. The movie theater room and bunk beds made us think we needed to come back ASAP with our kids! We will definitely be back to stay in this impeccable home!
