Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: This beautiful home has 5 bedrooms, including a bunk room, located just a few houses from the Dragonfly Pool, where there are covered and uncovered lounge chairs, a kiddie pool, bathrooms, and a great gas grill! You will enjoy 2 porches with this house that overlook a manicured, grassy park that is perfect for a game of catch or bocce ball. On the first floor, you will find the living, dining, and kitchen space, as well as a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and private bath. On the second floor, you will find four more bedrooms. A second primary bedroom has a king-size bed, private bath, and a beautiful, private balcony with draperies for privacy. Both primary bedrooms provide walk-in closets. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds that share a Jack 'n Jill bathroom. The fifth bedroom is a fantastic bunk room which includes a trundle bed. The kids will love it! The bunk room is located right next to the upstairs living area, making it great for two families and a perfect area for the kids to play games or watch a movie. You will find a full bath just off of the den. There are 2 large-screen 3D TVs with blue ray players. The downstairs TV includes Apple TV and surround sound and speakers that go to the porches for music or TV. You will also receive complimentary use of 3 bicycles during your visit. The homeowners have included many extras to make your vacation the best!

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
