DETAILS: Located in the Crossing II District, this custom built four bedroom is in the most private portion of WaterColor with easy access to WaterColor Crossings and Publix. This home has luxury features such as beautiful white oak flooring, a stylish granite kitchen counter top. It's just a short bike ride or drive to the beaches, pools, dining or shopping. A stay in this accommodation will give you the best value and access to all the great amenities at WaterColor. This is a beautifully appointed, bright, comfortable, four-bedroom home bordered on three sides by a nature sanctuary. The living, dining, and kitchen area is located on the first floor. The open design is perfect for family time and entertainment. Also located on the first floor is a separate bathroom with a shower and single vanity, as well as the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and connecting bath. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the second floor of this beautiful home. Two bedrooms feature a king-size bed, and the third bedroom has a full over full bunk bed. All of the bathrooms have attached, full baths and are equipped with flat panel TV's. From the second floor, walk up the stairs to the tower cupola with a good book, and enjoy fabulous views and your favorite drink. The tower has a comfortable sleeper sofa and can serve as an additional sleeping area for guests.     We have not rented from 360 Blue in years, but always preferred your property management company and are so glad to be back - we will be renting from you again on our next trip to 30a later this year. You all are so professional and offer the best amenities. Although nothing required servicing or maintenance, in the past when there have been problems, you prioritize fixing things for your guests right away, so we always know we are in good hands. The only thing I could say about this particular house we last rented is that it needs some things in the kitchen, particularly pots. While there were plenty of skillets, it was difficult to cook full meals with only one medium-sized pot, and some more forks would be nice since there are so many spoons and knives. Thanks for being as great as you were 10-15 years ago - no property rental or management company we have used in the last few years was nearly as attentive and helpful!
