The second floor - the heart of this retreat - is where you'll find the primary bedroom featuring balcony access and a private bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. Two more guest bedrooms are on the third floor, both with 2 twin bunk beds, 1 twin sleeper, and private bathrooms. Make your way to the gourmet kitchen on the second floor, which is something to behold: A gas range, top-of-the-line Wolf and Subzero appliances, marble countertops, and designer cabinets. It opens to the dining and living rooms highlighted by box beam ceilings and crisp white colors. Just off the kitchen is a wonderfully convenient wet bar, complete with a wine fridge, ice-maker, and sink. Balcony access and proximity to the wet bar makes for a wonderful evening spent with loved ones. Adjacent to the main house is the fully self-sufficient carriage house, complete with a kitchenette, walnut floors, balcony, queen bed, and a bathroom with shower only. This WaterColor retreat sleeps 16. The focal point of the outdoor spaces is, of course, the private pool.     Sandy Feet was a great house for our family. The layout provided plenty of living space, gathering space and privacy for the 12 of us. But the house needs some repairs throughout. Thank you for responding when the air conditioner went out.
