HOME HIGHLIGHTS: Per WaterColor HOA, all guests 5 years of age or older must be included in your adult guest total in order to receive wristbands to access amenities and pools. A 6-passenger golf cart makes grocery runs or trips to the beach club a breeze. Guests will love the calming color palette of The Piper, and the many thoughtfully designed spots to gather with loved ones and friends. Soothing shades of blue and white welcome guests to the open living and dining space and reflect the feel of our white-sandy beaches. In the living room, slipcovered sofas and chairs, bold artwork, pale hardwood floors, and shiplap wainscoting create a luxurious living space that is friendly to sandy feet. Tucked cleverly behind the stairs is a generously sized kitchen with a marble waterfall island and premium appliances. A built-in breakfast area is perfect for quick snacks and extra seating if the dining table overflows. The French doors and multiple transom windows throughout the living and dining space fill the entire area with natural light and open to a wonderful front porch. With wicker chairs and ceiling fans, and colorful glazed pottery it’s the perfect spot to relax and people watch . A primary bedroom is convenient to the kitchen and enjoys a private entrance off the porch. For afternoons when quiet is needed, a sitting area with baby blue armchairs and fluffy, faux fur pillows sits opposite the king bed. Tucked back in a quiet nook is a desk, making The Piper the perfect place to sneak in a little work from home. The private bathroom has luxurious marble tiles, a deep soaking tub, and a separate shower with a waterfall shower head. Guests staying on the second floor will enjoy the cozy living area at the top of the stairs. Guests may choose between a guest bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, or a bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms enjoy access to the delightful, screened porch with rocking chairs and views of the oaks swaying in the breeze. A spacious carriage house echoes the coastal feel of the main home with calming white and blue interiors. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa and is open to the full kitchen, which has white and marble chevron tiles, quartz countertops, and stainless–steel appliances. The guest bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. From the living area, guests can step onto an open, private balcony and recline in the sunshine on 2 cushioned chaise loungers. Guests will never need to pick up their car keys while staying at The Piper, thanks to 4 adult bikes and the 6-passenger golf cart.     The house was beautiful, centrally located to all amenities with access to Seaside as well as Watercolor, extremely comfortable, well appointed. Looking forward to staying here again!

    First of all, we were thrilled that we were able to be upgraded to a large house in lieu of the condo we had booked because it had to be pulled out of service for some reason (this was the second time that had happened, the first time was 2 years ago with a different rental company). The house was beautiful, huge, well-appointed and centrally located - we love the Lake District! Our issue with unactivated wristbands was promptly rectified. I only have 2 minor complaints: 1) The bikes provided were not in great shape - we had to have one replaced because the chain was rusted out, and I had to fill up the tires on a couple of them because they were under-inflated. 2) This is a Watercolor issue rather than a 360Blue issue, but we were inconvenienced on a couple of occasions - once at the Beach Club (main access closed for a day) and once at Camp Watercolor (pools and canteen closed for a day) due to maintenance and cleaning in preparation for the upcoming high-season transition - not...
