Our home was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was second to none and the outdoor covered porch with the pool was amazing. Our grandchildren loved the oversized pool and enjoyed playing Basketball while swimming too. Our whole family played numerous games on the inside shuffleboard. It was so fun! Also,
the kids enjoyed the upstairs arcade games. Having 2 washers and 2 dryers made it very convenient as we had a lot of laundry. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at 46 Vermillionaire… it was hard to leave. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with our family!!

We were very pleased with the 360 experience. The home was lovely, clean, and lived up to the expectations of the photo. There were a few glitches - firepit not working, tires on a few bikes flat and brakes not working on another, touchpad on outdoor lock not working. All of these were taken care of efficiently. We found the 360 staff very responsive to our needs. We did have one issue of the backdoor not locking which was a little unsettling because we had to spend one night in the house unable to lock the door. However, a locksmith arrived on Saturday to fix the problem. The watercolor community was lovely and the beach club access was a definite perk! One universal request amongst our group was to provide a few more starter amenities: paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher soap, etc. It seems for the price of the home those items should be included. Minor point to an otherwise excellent stay!

Could not recommend this house more! The home was MASSIVE, extremely clean, well equipped, and communication with 360 blue was a breeze! It very comfortably housed 15 people and had plenty of space to spread out and hang in different areas. The pool was a dream and the beach was super easy to access on bike, foot, or by the shuttle which has a stop super close by. 10/10 experience. Perfect house for multiple families or large groups of friends!

We were a group of 16 women tennis players, wanting one big house. Well, this was that and so much more! We enjoyed all of it, the ping pong, shuffleboard, pinball, video games, the pool, the soaking spa and the bikes! The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep easy for many ladies to jump in and help. The location was great. We walked to tennis, the beach, Publix and many restaurants. Felt like we were right in the middle of everything. Can’t wait to plan our stay for next year.

We loved staying at vermillionaire. The kitchen was so well equipped that we ended up cooking a few nights. Loved the two fridges as well as two dishwashers. Our grandkids loved the game room as well as the large pool and sitting spa. The timed gas fireplaces were a nice touch. The beds were super comfortable with memory foam toppers. Loved it that every bedroom had a king bed. We had four couples, one single and seven grandkids. The house was a perfect size for our group. WOW!!!! Best family vacation with 6 granddaughters ages 5 and under. This home was extremely comfortable with more than enough room to house everyone. The swimming pool in this home was absolutely perfect with little ones still napping and moms were able to enjoy the large pool during those times. Everyone at 360 were so accommodating and quick in responses for questions we had. Our entire family said they wanted to come back so we have booked for next May as well. It was also a plus to be able to access Camp Watercolor and the new resort pool with access to the ocean. The owners of this home didn't miss a thing as we were thrilled to be able to stay there! This property was amazing! Everything was clean and was stocked with everything you could need. We are blessed to have a couple of really good cooks in our group that appreciated the top-of-the-line appliances and amenities in the kitchen. Most nights were visits to the local seafood market and dinner outside on the patio with TV, fireplace, and pool with pool fire bowl all setting the atmosphere. No restaurant could compare. On the days it rained, there was plenty to do with the game room, indoor shuffleboard, ping-pong, and one room filled with board games and cards. We were given direct contact with a concierge, Hope. She answered all questions immediately and help us set up activities that we were interested in doing. The carriage house internet was not working so she arranged for someone to come over same day and put in a new router. She made us feel we were her only client. We had an amazing trip with family and friends and would definitely stay again!

We had all 7 grandchildren and our kids with us to celebrate July 4th. The house was spectacular with a huge pool. Plenty of room for everyone and games upstairs which came in handy for the rainy times. The pool alarm malfunctioned and they were all over it. Great service!

We absolutely loved this house! We were three families - 6 adults and 8 kids - and we had plenty of room and tons of fun activities to keep us busy when it rained during our stay. We especially appreciated how responsive the 360 team was during our stay - they replaced the air conditioning unit within 24 hours of our report that it wasn't working. A special thank you to Sima who was so helpful throughout the week and to top it off found a left behind item, drove halfway to Alabama to retrieve it in order to get it back to us urgently. Truly above and beyond! You can't go wrong here!

We couldn't pick our jaws up off the floor. Every corner had us gasping with delight. This is the absolute best property in Watercolor, especially for large families. Very spacious and it's just perfect. Highly recommend!!! The kids loved all of the video games, bunks, pool, spa, and amenities!!! We will def. be back. Highly recommend La Crema Restaurant, The Wine Bar for their Caprese Salad and Charcuterie board, Ameci Italian, and Amigos!!!! The only recommendation we had was regarding the fire pit. It's on a timer and had a hard time staying on continuously. Everything else was perfection!!!

Another amazing stay at Vermillionaire! We have stayed at this property multiple times. In our opinion, this is the best house in Watercolor for large or extended families. This was just a short get away (3 nights)from not so far away to include family and friends. We had a total of 18 people staying in the house. Plenty of room with 4 couples having private rooms, 1 couple and toddler in the carriage house and 7 others sharing the bunk room and day bed. We really enjoyed the pool, game room, ping pong, foosball table and the shuffleboard table was the big winner. We loved the size of the kitchen with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. With 16 TV's throughout the house everyone pretty much had their own TV. We love the surrounding area, but felt the house had so much to offer that we spent most of our time there. We did use the bikes to ride into Seaside occasionally. Our only issue was the fountain fire pit put out a very small flame on the first night and then nothing after that. We would love to come back and stay at this fabulous vacation rental!

What an amazing experience we had. This was our annual retreat for EO. Everything from the recommendation for the seafood boil on the beach to the big bonfire was awesome. The house was spacious and immaculately clean. The welcome gift was a nice touch and the 360 staff was very responsive. We will be back.

We brought our family to the beach for our 30th Anniversary. The house is absolutely gorgeous! We had the best time! The rooms are big and spacious and everything was sparkling clean. The outside pool area is also pretty amazing and we spent much of the time outdoors. Everyone loved the shuffle board game in the family room and pinball machines upstairs. I highly recommend 46 Vermillion Way! Would love to come back one day soon!!

We stayed at Vermillionaire in July 2019 and vacationed with our children and grandchildren (a total of 15 people). The house was perfect in every way! Plenty of room throughout the house. The pool was a huge hit with everyone, particularly the grandchildren and the game room was lots of fun! We would not have changed a thing! We will definitely be back in the future!! Alan P

Another Great stay at Vermillionaire! We have stayed there the past four years over President's Day weekend and the house is perfect for our 4 couples and families. It's a great house for a big family! The heated pool and hot tub are perfect for a February beach stay and all the bedrooms and baths are spacious and luxurious! Lots of games--shuffle board table in the family room and video games in the big bunkroom. Two porches with TV's and two interior TV rooms. Big Laundry with two machines and a well appointed, large kitchen. There are no bad rooms or spaces at Vermillionaire....and tons of parking which seems rare at Watercolor! The Carriage house is perfect for anyone who wants to escape the large group activity or someone with a baby who needs to nap! It has it's own full kitchen. Would be ideal for a Nanny, too. Enjoy! We have booked this house the past four years and love it!

We rented this house in February to celebrate birthdays with friends. This house is simply gorgeous and so many rooms to enjoy! The games and pool/hot tub kept us busy at home. But it is a short bike ride to beaches and Seaside shops and restaurants. The kitchen has everything you need for a meal or snack. And the entire house is clean and well kept. We really enjoyed all the TV's and Sonos for our music. We would definitely rent this house again! If we had any questions 360Blue was quick to assist us.

This was our second year to stay here and we looked so forward to our time. The house is splendid, however, we had some issues with the fireplace, jet tub, pool and pool lights. They were all out of use. We called 360 and let them know our concerns after we left and they credited us a nice partial refund which we appreciated. They were very responsive to our call. We did notice that the kitchen sink area was showing some wear, and the paint was peeling. Also, we had plenty of bath towels, but only two kitchen towels. It would be handy to have several available. We used bath hand towels, I'm sure that isn't what you prefer. I know these are little things, but I just wanted to let you know. We plan to stay again next year. Thank you so much!

Vermillionaire is one of the best houses to stay in with large families. We had a wonderful time ringing in the New Year here. Plenty of room for everyone. Well appointed. We could not have had a better, more relaxed time! The home is amazing, with a great pool, all kinds of games to play. The kitchen is well appointed and accommodated 6 couples easily. One drawback though is the complete lack of anywhere to hang clothing in the guest house. There is no closet, so I would recommend at least some hooks or something to hang a sundress or jacket. Otherwise, it is a perfect vacation spot!

This was our second stay in this home as it suits our needs to a tee. 17 of us come together each year from all over for the family beach trip -ages 3 and up. Besides a great house and location, we especially enjoy the outdoor sitting area, pool and spa. We spend most of our time gathered in the well equipped kitchen and great room. The kitchen is the best as it has 2 dishwashers - one of which was always running. Also a large commercial stove and ovens and 2 refrigerators. Our group likes to cook so this is a must. Another outstanding feature is the kids room with 2 sets of bunks, each a queen size bed with it's own TV and a game room with video games for kids of all ages. The 2 sets of washer/dryers were essential for all those wet bathing suits and towells each day. We enjoyed our stay in this well laid out home and the shops and restaurants are nearby, as is a grocery store.. Thanks to the staff of 360 Blue, who was always available for our questions or concerns .

Four families had the best week ever staying at the most amazing house on 30A! The outdoor living area was soooooo great-we watched football outside, swam and played in the most fabulous pool, relaxed in the hot tub and rode bikes every day on the trails and bike paths that the area is famous for. And the fire pit at the end of the pool that has flames that come up through bright blue glass rocks is just about the coolest thing ever! Inside the house we were also blown away by the attention to detail and thoughtfulness that went into the design and furnishing of the home. SONOS streaming throughout the house, two of every major appliance, each bedroom having its own bathroom and the multiple living rooms and gathering areas allowed us to all be together easily and comfortably and not once feel crowded. Also, the custom dining room table made of cedar was absolutely gorgeous. 46 Vermillion far surpassed our expectations. As a Interior designer, I complement the architect and designer who laid out this remarkable space. For the first time ever, I didn't feel the need to change anything! No detail was left out. The kitchen was perfection. Dining table was large enough to handle our group of ten. The outdoor swimming pool was throughly thought out. Large enough that we didn't want to leave to go to other pools. The game room was amazing and the kids were entertained. Loved the queen bunk beds, each having their own TV. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable linens. There is a perfect space for every guests comfort in mind: front tv room , den off of kitchen, outdoor sitting area by fireplace, front porch, screen in porches, swimming pool with fire pit, outdoor grill, guest house with balcony over looking the woods.We enjoyed every moment! We rented two homes for our family reunion of 25 people. 19 of us stayed at Vermillionaire and it served as the main attraction and the home we gathered in everyday. It is a beautiful home with tons of amenities and perfect for our large family to come together and enjoy this beautiful area of Santa Rosa Beach. The kitchen is amazing and we made many meals there. The outdoor grill was great, however it did take about an hour to really heat to temperature. The pool is very large and perfect for all of us to hang at and enjoy the weather everyday. We never felt a need to go to any of the watercolor pools. All of the bedrooms were beautiful and even more amazing in person. The 3rd floor was quite a kids paradise. The bunk beds were really nice, each had their own tv. The carriage house was great for the 19-24 year olds in our group. They loved the separation. The beach was closed 4 days due to rip tides--huge bummer, but the private pool made it ok! We had 11 bikes and that was plenty. Loved biking everyday.

We had an amazing time in watercolor and the vermillionaire home!! We bring all 6 of our adult children and their spouses and our 2 grandsons to watercolor every year. This is our first time in this home, but we hope to stay there again next summer! The weather was a bit rainy this week and vermillionaire offered unlimited fun with a shuffleboard table and the upstairs arcade center. The staff of 360 blue were so courteous and graciously answered any questions that arose. We highly recommend this home!!

Pros: This spacious house was 5 star w/it's amenities, HUGE pool, fab decor, books, games and a chef's dream of a kitchen. The house is CAPTIVATING & BEAUTIFUL...perfect for creating memories! Cons: Ants were everywhere in the kitchen and on DR table. 360 said there wasn't much they could do about them or the 2 huge palmetto bugs in the house because FL is their habitat. Bathroom floors had hair on them upon arrival. No bedding for pull out upstairs so we had to call emergency service and wait 45 mins. for bedding. Fire pit and 2 fireplaces were inoperable upon arrival. Service people came out and fixed FP's, but fire pit never worked our entire stay! Bummer! Jacuzzi didn't stay heated enough to enjoy at ni

My grandson spoke of the house as a mansion. The only thing I need to advise you is, outside the door, on the deck, to the swimming pool, it appeared to never dry,-it did rain most days-, but the wet spot was slippery, as if there were some substance, white, like lotion or something, that stayed slippery. Two children fell at the spot, two more adults, commented they also slipped. I just thought you should be advised. I did try and dry the area with a beach towel, unsuccessfully. This was a family vacation with 17 members of our family staying different times of the week 2/5 /16 to 2/12/16 . This was an amazing home with so many amenities . Heated pool , table tennis , indoor shuffle board , fuss ball and pac man games . We are planning to be back next year . We had an absolutely wonderful stay at 46 vermillion!!! We had 3 generations staying under one roof for a family vacation, and everyone had something to keep them entertained and comfortable! The layout of the house is fantastic with enough space and privacy for all. The third floor game room and bunk room is amazing!!! The kids loved the shuffleboard, ping pong, and various game tables. The pool was huge!!! And such a great place to relax and get away from it all at the end of a busy day on the beach and the bike trails. The house was beautifully appointed and every details was carefully thought out. We have been vacationing at WaterColor for years and this was by far the best house and management company we have dealt with. The property was well furnished and decorated and left nothing out. With the pool video games, foosball and shuffleboard, there was always something to do. The pool was a big bonus after a hot day at the beach! 360 Blue came through quickly on multiple requests as well. Highly recommended!

Our family has been vacationing for years in Watercolor. Our stay at 46 Vermilion was absolutely the best. Our house has every amenity that anyone could possibly ask for. The guest house above the garage has a spacious bedroom, kitchen and living room. Almost every bedroom could be mistaken for a master with flat screen tv's with a complete assortment of channels. There are 2 queen size bunk beds on the upper level with a flat screen for each one. The living area is spaciois with a shuffle board table. They have a wide arrangement of games ranging from ping pong,fuzball and an assortment of others. The patio's are fabulous with the upstairs screened in and the lower adjacent to their fabulous pool amd hot tub( the largest pool in watercolor). I don't believe that we have every stayed in a home that the owner has put more thought comsidering the needs of their guests. 360 rocks. We have been coming to Watercolor for ten years, and 360 was fantastic. The home was incredibly clean, 360 was excellent anytime we needed anything, including a battery jump for our SUV. Our family was able to stretch-out and enjoye the massive space the home offerred as well as the many amenities; games, TV's, ping-pong, pool, etc. Best bicycles possible came with the home, and don't think we didn't notice. We love riding the bikes so thank you. Staying on Vermilion was a concern initially, but we now prefer being away from the hustle of being on the main street, or close to it. It was quiet, spacious and offerred easy access via bikes to anywhere we needed to go. Overall, great experience with the house, 360 and Watercolor.
