DETAILS: "Vermillionaire" is a like new 5,571 sq. foot vacation haven ideally situated in WaterColor's Lake District just moments from the Western Lake bridge. This spectacular retreat boasts the largest private pool in WaterColor, an indoor fireplace, shuffleboard, a foosball table, pinball machine, arcade game, ping pong and quick access to Western Lake. Large families and groups will feel right at home at "Vermillionaire" which has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a carriage house and impeccable accommodations plenty of guests. When you aren't hanging poolside or playing a game of shuffleboard, explore the area on the bikes provided or head over to neighboring Seaside for some amazing shopping and dining venues. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (SLEEPS 16): FIRST FLOOR - Guest Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom With handicap accessible Shower SECOND FLOOR - Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom With Shower and Tub - Guest Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom With Shower Tub Combo - Guest Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom With Shower Only - Loft: Twin Daybed THIRD FLOOR - Guest Bedroom: Two Queen Over Queen Bunk Beds, Private Bathroom With Shower Only CARRIAGE HOUSE - Guest Bedroom: King Bed and Queen Sleeper Sofa, Private Bathroom With Shower Only Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines. Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time.     We were very pleased with the 360 experience. The home was lovely, clean, and lived up to the expectations of the photo. There were a few glitches - firepit not working, tires on a few bikes flat and brakes not working on another, touchpad on outdoor lock not working. All of these were taken care of efficiently. We found the 360 staff very responsive to our needs. We did have one issue of the backdoor not locking which was a little unsettling because we had to spend one night in the house unable to lock the door. However, a locksmith arrived on Saturday to fix the problem. The watercolor community was lovely and the beach club access was a definite perk! One universal request amongst our group was to provide a few more starter amenities: paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher soap, etc. It seems for the price of the home those items should be included. Minor point to an otherwise excellent stay!
