Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: Cheers to the memories made at "White Sands and Suntans!" This exquisite 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is located in WaterColor's Forest District. With stark white walls and furnishings with accents of coastal blue throughout, this cheerful home captures the feel of a Florida cottage while still maintaining its elegance. Surrounded by forest views, this home has ultimate privacy from the pool area and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.
The first floor is welcomed by an open kitchen and living area with a flat-screen TV, access to the screened-in porch, and seating for 8 at the dinner table and 5 at the breakfast bar. There is a guest bathroom down the hall adjacent to the secondary living room and first guest room with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and a sleeper sofa.
Upstairs, there is a set of twin-over-twin bunk beds in the hallway that separates the primary suite from the remaining guest rooms. The primary suite features private access to the balcony, sitting area, and private bathroom. The final 2 bedrooms feature a king and queen bed with private bathrooms. The corner balcony on the second floor is a cozy spot to enjoy the Gulf breeze and find a moment of serenity with a view of the Florida pine trees surrounding the home. Guests are just a short walk or bike ride to the many amenities around WaterColor's neighborhood including tennis courts, nature paths, playgrounds, and The Boathouse. Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

My friends and I rented 34 Pine Needle Way for 3 nights. The house was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed it very much. The golf cart and bikes were in great condition and they made our stay much more enjoyable! When we had an issue with an alarm going off or requesting an early and late checkout, we always received a quick response. Highly recommend this property!
