It's also located next to the Puttering Park, where golfers can putt on the green area before playing a round on one of their championship golf courses.

An open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room introduce guests to the home as they walk through the front door. It has access to the back porch with forest views and an outdoor seating area overlooking the backyard allowing for plenty of privacy. The gourmet kitchen features premium, stainless-steel appliances, a farmhouse sink and seating for 12 at the breakfast bar and dining table. The living room includes a fireplace and large flat-screen TV. A powder room and the first guest room are down the hall.
