Every now and then, you come across a home that takes your breath away, and so it is with "Santa Rosa One," a 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, professionally-decorated 30A getaway just 50 feet from the beach. Take in a day at the sugar-soft sand and then relax on one of the two sprawling balconies overlooking the Gulf. In the evening, head down to Shunk Gulley for oysters. This 3-story coastal retreat also features a community pool, a gas fireplace, and a private elevator.
The heart of this home is on the third floor, where you'll find a chef's kitchen featuring designer cabinets, select stainless appliances, a gas range, and granite countertops. The kitchen opens onto the dining area with table seating for 6 guests, while the counter offers seating for an additional 6 guests. Timber beam ceilings and hardwood floors highlight the open floor plan. The living room offers a flat-screen television, gas fireplace, and a sleeper sofa offering quarters for 2 guests. The living room also has access to a sprawling deck with staggering Gulf views and table seating for 6 guests.
The first floor has 2 bunk rooms - one with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and a private bathroom with a shower and the other with a full-over-full bunk bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Heading upstairs, the second floor has 3 bedrooms. The Primary suite has a king bed, private bathroom with a beautiful shower and tub, and a private balcony with stunning Gulf views. Adjacent are 2 guest bedrooms - one with a king bed and a shared bathroom with a shower and the other has 2 queen beds and a shared bathroom with a shower. "Santa Rosa One" can sleep up to 18 guests.

We loved our time at this beautiful rental property. The home had nice decor and was very clean. Beach is less than a 5 minute walk and the golf cart and bikes were a nice perk! Neighborhood is quiet and there also is a partial view of the ocean from the patio!

I just visited Santa Rosa Beach with 4 friends and everything about our visit was perfect! The beautiful home where we stayed was clean, tastefully decorated, in a great location and has a gorgeous view of the beach! 360 Blue went above and beyond to meet all of our needs!

We had the absolute best vacation at Santa Rosa One. 2 families with teenagers and grandma for a week. The house was beautiful and the location was amazing. We had a wonderful view with a VERY short walk to the beach! The gated community it is in is very nice and quiet. You felt like you had the entire beach to yourself. We loved having the free beach set up, golf cart, and bicycles. This is a house we will come back to again. There are a few items that need to be updated just because of wear and tear and probably some lack of respect by previous renters. Also, we feel like the cleaning crew could have paid a little more attention to detail, but we understand that their timeframe is limited. We can't say enough good about 360Blue though. They are the best rental company we've ever dealt with. We loved the phone app and they were so fast to respond when we called with an issue. I will use 360Blue again and will visit Santa Rosa One again. Thanks for a great vacation!!

We had an amazing girls weekend, celebrating a 60th birthday. This house allowed us plenty of room to be comfortable. We spent most of our time on the 3rd floor hanging out on the patio and in the kitchen, living and dining room. The spacious house provided very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Super easy walk to the beach. We also had a blast on the bikes and taking rides to dinner on the golf cart.

While we have been enjoying our vacations on 30A for the past 10 years, we've enjoyed our stay at this house just as much as any home that we have ever stayed in! This home was very clean, and it has a beautifully simple white elegance to it. It is within walking distance to several great restaurants in the area and the beach is only a few steps away. Although the garage is not designed for a large SUV/Truck that is by far the only uncomfortable aspect about this home. This house is beautiful and well-appointed with easy beach access just outside your door! Only big negative is the community pool. The patio furniture and chairs were literally falling apart and unusable. Patio area around pool had not been cleaned and the pool was not heated as advertised. As others mentioned, construction and limited parking are issues but were tolerable.

This house is spectacular! It is beautifully decorated with luxurious touches all around and accommodated our group of 12 easily. Photos do not do the view or home justice. It is almost oceanfront. The architecture of Vizcaya is oh so beautiful. The community is private and the gates made us feel much safer about letting the kids walk to the beach and pool. 360blue had the house in sparkling order and immediately responded to minor maintenance items. Beach access was right out the front door. Sunset volleyball was awesome! The large table on the balcony was perfect for a jigsaw puzzle drinking game in the evenings. Every piece placed was rewarded with a sip of margarita! On the wish list: The laundry room has no shelves so there is nowhere to organize, fold or hang beachwear for twelve after a day out. Construction on the new house and roofing next to the pool started before 7am. Too early and we couldn't enjoy morning coffee listening to the waves. Wish they could have waited until 8a...

Loved staying in this home for the past two years. The house is lovely! The neighborhood is wonderful. We will be back next year! This is our family's 32 summer at this beach. We were next door at the Palms for 10 years, until they built Viscaya. We have stayed in 10 different houses in the neighborhood. It is a special place!

We had a large group of 18. The house had plenty of room for all of us and we never felt cramped. We cooked for the group most nights and the oversized stove and oven was most helpful. There is also room for everyone to sit and eat. The extra large fridge was nice too! Also the extra fridge in the 2 car garage helped out as well. We used the gas grill one night and worked perfectly. It's big enough to hold 18 burgers. We enjoyed the third floor balcony with the ocean view. We saw dolphins from the balcony about every day. The five bikes were used daily. The house was well stocked with towels and the washer and dryer was very nice. The bedrooms and baths were big and fancy. The beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean and well decorated. It was bigger and better than we expected. Highly recommend Vizcaya 1029!!! We certainly would stay there again.

Lovely rental. I would suggest more kitchen pots and another large skillet , with large groups I found there was not enough cookware. Would also like more serving dishes to accompany the nice stoneware. I would also install hooks in all the bathrooms to hang towels since there are not enough towel racks. All the beds were comfortable and decor was very nice. We did notice that the heavy down comforters were too warm but no other blanket was provided...nice washer and dryer, all appliances were in good working order. Disappointed in the poor maintenance of the community pool...dirty and murky. Would we go again...probably yes!

We had a great time and the staff at 360 Blue was very responsive and pleasant to work with! The home is lovely and beds/bedding very nice! House was super clean and decorated so nice. I enjoyed the three flights of stairs as we did not mind the physical activity. But if my parents had been with us the elevators would have been a must. Beach access was terrific ,and view from 2nd floor so pretty. Our only suggestion to 360 B would be to offer a voucher for bike rentals instead of providing bikes that are in much need of attention. Next time we will rent bikes from Big Daddy's bike shop but we will absolutely rent a 360 Blue property again. Thanks for a great experience.

We had a wonderful time. The elevator in the home was a big help for our mother who has recently had back and hip trouble. The short walk to the beach was great. The parking situation was not good but we figured something out. We have used 360 Blue the last few years and they are always very accommodating. We look forward to planning next year's visit!

We came with 6 adults and 4 children. The house is as beautiful as shown. We had a fabulous time. We just wished the 2nd master had a bath. Maybe change the2 bunk beds to upstairs and make the room downstairs with the private bath the 2nd ensuite. But. Beside that we had a great time and will be back!

Our family is made up of the Grands, son, daughter, their spouses and 3 granddaughters. The house worked out for us. We would have liked a private bath for the room with one queen bed. 360 Blue was the best rental company that we have used. Very responsive to all questions. The app was also very helpful. We love Santa Rosa Beach for the sand, the water and great food at our favorite restaurants. Rip tides all week were the only bad part

My family of 10 adults and 2 children just spent a fabulous week at the beach and enjoyed our trip tremendously. The house was absolutely beautiful, even beyond our expectations. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy each other's company without feeling cramped. The kitchen/living area was a dream! And we watched the sun set every night from our living room balcony. The beach and pool were just steps away, and we certainly put the bikes to good use. The only critique we have is that the kitchen trash can needs to be bigger and there need to be more than 2 dish towels, especially for large groups like ours. All in all, the house and complex were top notch and we'd definitely love to stay there again. Fabulous place!!

The house is simply gorgeous. I can't stress that enough. The bathrooms, linens, artwork, appliances, and overall design exceed your typical rental by a long-shot. While not on the beach, from the 2nd story deck, you have a beautiful view of the water. It was incredibly spacious, leaving each person with plenty of room so as not to feel crowded in any way. The only recommendations I'd make for the owners/property manager is to stock more of the closets with hangers and to provide some sort of hose near the doors to wash the sand off of your feet. There is no hose by the walkway to the beach, nor is there at the house's entry. Consequently, you end up tracking sand up and down the stairs. Really, though, it is an absolutely incredible house!

1029 Vizcaya is absolutely amazing! The furnishings are beautiful, comfortable and include everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect with access to a private beach; restaurants and shops are within walking distance. We had an incredible time and are planning to return in a few months.

We had a perfect week staying at Vizcaya, Unit 1029! There isn't one thing we would change. The home we stayed in was so beautiful and comfortable that we were very content being there a lot, relaxing and enjoying both the home and the beach. Some of the other highlights of our trip were the Seafood Festival in Destin, rooftop dining at The Pearl Hotel in Rosemary Beach and the charming shops in Seaside.
