Overall Experience:
Our stay was enjoyable overall, and we especially appreciated the responsive and friendly customer service. Anytime we had a question or needed help, communication was quick and pleasant.
Parking:
Parking at Carriage House 67 Dunmoore Lane was a bit confusing and unclear. All the designated spots were already taken when we arrived, so we had to send our car with friends to park at their nearby residence. Later, a neighboring resident parked in a way that occupied both available spots, so we had to find alternative parking again. While this wasn’t the fault of 360, it added some stress to the stay.
Other Notes:
We also had a small mix-up with the cleaning crew after our 10 a.m. checkout. They initially thought we hadn’t left because they mistakenly checked a different unit and saw luggage and a car that weren’t ours. Thankfully, once the confusion was identified, the conversation was handled swiftly and courteously.
