DETAILS: Welcome to "La Bella Vita!" This impressive 4 bedroom, with loft for additional sleeping in Rosemary Beach home is located just three blocks from the beach and right outside the Rosemary Beach Town Center. With three stories, this home offers a reverse floor plan with most of the bedrooms on the first floor and the main living space on the second floor.
Guests will love the expansive second-floor porch, perfect for early morning coffees and beautiful sunset views. Right inside, guests will find an open kitchen, dining, and living room perfect for gathering the family together. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and beautiful slate countertops. The third floor hosts a third Primary bedroom complete with a private bathroom walk-in closet and an additional loft area with 3 twin beds for sleeping.

This property was perfect for our 10 adults staying for a few nights. The upstairs master was private and there was plenty of other private and common space to spread out. The location is great for walking to town or the beach. The 360 management team was very responsive throughout the entire process and helped plan any extras I needed for the stay. They were great to work with. The one thing that would have been a nice to have was beach towels at the property (does not impact my review or the great stay at all, but just something to consider when packing). Overall, it was a great property!

360 app gave great essential info in an easy format that saved making unnecessary phone calls.
A few minor problems arose during our stay and were quickly addressed.
We were informed of a refrigerator freezer repair and were pleased with the more than adequate solution in place ahead of our arrival.

We had a horrible experience with another rental company resulting in having to leave that house early and had to find a new place to stay within incredibly short notice. We found 360 blue and were able to find a new house and they had it ready for us within an hour and a half. The house was clean, exactly as described and very comfortable. Wonderful location. The amenities and set up were great with excellent dishes in the kitchen. We would definitely use this company again!

This is our second year to stay in this house and really love it. Hopefully, we can come back to it next year. That being said, there are a couple of maintenance issues to address. We found indoor and outdoor roaches and know this can be handled with spraying. Blinds in first floor guest room were broken and the bed in that room was wobbly. These are minor things. Again, we really love the house. My grandkids think it’s the best house in Florida and in the past we’ve stayed at others. For us, this is the perfect place!! Thank you for letting us stay there!

Fabulous home!! We play in a tennis tournament every fall at Rosemary Racquet Club and this home wins the ""best house ever"". There was plenty of space for the 8 of us and we loved all of the outdoor living space! Can't wait to stay there again next fall!

Absolutely love this house. Perfect location. Big enough for two families (4 adults and 8 16 year olds). Great having 2 den areas-one for kids and one for adults. Pool is big enough for everyone to splash around in. Sound system all around inside and out as well as 2 ice makers -BONUS!

Beautiful house, awesome location! Plenty of beds and sleeping area configurations for large groups and families. Perfect for families that have kids old enough to venture onto the green adjacent to the house, you can watch them from the 2nd floor patio. It was a very short walk or bike ride to the beach. Overall, a perfect stay on a perfect beach!

It was fabulous! The house was beautiful and spacious. Everybody had plenty of room as well as comfortable spaces to congregate and eat and play games. Our family loved every bit of it. The staff and 360 were courteous and attentive to all our questions. We definitely recommend this house and can't wait to visit again.

We take an annual girls trip to Rosemary, but this was a bachelorette party so we needed to rent a larger house. We had 15 ladies and it was perfect. Perfect! It was large and comfortable for all of us and the location is super convenient. We loved riding bikes to George's and walking to get coffee, shops and the beach. Having. Pool is really nice, too, in the evenings after dinner. I highly recommend his beautiful property and hope to be back!

We had amazing time at La Bella Vita! We had 14 friends from high school celebrating our 35th birthdays. The pool was amazing to cool off in the afternoons, the walk to the beach was very manageable, and the house was extremely accommodating. We loved having a nice dinner at Paradis across the street and the service from 360 Blue was amazing! We hope to make this a yearly thing!

We'd highly recommend this house and 360 Blue to our friends. This house was fantastic with little nooks to get away and read as well as a wonderful gathering room to play games, eat & cook. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the large grill on the breezy wrap around porch. All 4 men went fishing with 30A Guide Service (850-687-0572) and their guide, Hunter, really knew how to hook them up! They caught Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, & Jack Craeville. We had a fantastic grilled fish dinner that evening. Our two granddaughters really enjoyed the convenience of the community pool for lap swimming. Their coach will be impressed that they didn't miss a day of practice. We could easily walk to the beach, the shops and several restaurants. Our daughter and oldest granddaughter rented a kayak and were so excited to have five dolphin swim right next to them for quite a while. This house is very centrally located. An easy walk to the beach and to town. You can sit on the wrap around porch and listen to the concerts on the green. The pool is refreshing to hop into after a day at the beach. A great house for lounging around with inside and outside sitting areas. I could go on and on about this beautifully decorated and comfortable house. We had a had a group of teenagers who enjoyed lounging in the TV room and riding the bikes to the beach. There are also 4 other community pools besides the private one. My favorite thing to do was just walking and wandering the streets every morning. We look forward to staying here again.

We had three families including 8 teenage boys and the house handled us beautifully. This is our 7th year visiting Rosemary and this house ranks at the top. 360 Blue was very responsive and service oriented, even helping me set up a family photo session. What a wonderful trip! Nine of my sorority sisters and I made the trip down to Rosemary and it is by far one of my favorite beaches for sure. Not to mention the house made it so much better! The kitchen was great to cook in and had everything we needed for a good meal. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably and to hang out in either one of the living rooms. It was chilly during our stay so it was nice to have a heated pool and a short walk/ride to town. Overall, it was a great experience for all of us, we will definitely be coming back to La Bella Vita!!

I must say that I have stayed in many beach resorts, and this is by far the nicest home and community my family has ever stayed! The location of this house on the green and access to all of the town shops and restaurants is perfect. I cannot recommend this property more highly! The home is beautifully decorated, comfortable and fully equipped for all of our family. The included bicycles were an added bonus. We could let the kids loose to roam the town and felt completely safe. The expansive porch was perfect for relaxing and getting reacquainted with family and friends. The private pool was a delight. What a spectacular vacation! We will definitely be return visitors. Can't wait to stay at La Bella Vita for our next family vacation!

This is a great home! The lay out is beautiful and functional. Kitchen is well equipped and the location is great. You can enjoy watching the activity on the green and plenty of parking for guests. I can't say enough good things about 360 team. When we arrived the dryer was not working after determining that it needed some warranty work they quickly delivered a loaner dryer as well as some additional towels to help out!!! Job well done guys! Will definitely rent from 360 again!!!

We stayed here for our Fall Break. The house is in a good location and has a great layout with multiple areas for those who want to escape to read a book for example. During our stay the main fridge did not work. 360 Blue was responsive to the issue and offered a loaner, but we just used the mini fridges around the house. They did send an appliance repair person twice, but parts had to be ordered to fix the problems. Our stay was only for a few days, so we just used the mini fridges around the house. Despite this issue, we would consider this house for future stays. This is the second property we have stayed at managed by 360 Blue and we think they offer good service.
