DETAILS: This luxurious, professionally decorated, 2 story, 2+ bedroom / 3-bath condo is located in the heart of Rosemary Beach. Situated on the south side of 30A and next to the fine shops and restaurants, it is perfect for a couples' getaway. The Mercado, Spanish for market, was the winner of the 2007 Builder's Choice Award for Project of the Year. Designed by Looney Ricks Kiss Architects of Memphis, TN, the building has been described as having the most successfully European feel" with crisp millwork, vaulted ceilings, deep dormer windows, and open balconies. This upscale condo provides a luxurious, fully-equipped kitchen, plasma TVs, and plenty of room - nearly 2,000 sq. feet!

The home was very nice, very well-situated in the town of Rosemary and communication with 360Blue host was very quick and easy. However, for the price, we felt that we have stayed at other luxury rentals that have provided more amenities for our convenience/comfort for a beach vacation. Things such as designated beach towels, wagons to transport beach equipment additional beach chairs, and more quantity of the apartment basic amenities to avoid running out during our stay (such as laundry detergent, dish detergent, cooking oil, etc.)
Our main complaint were the several roaches we encountered everyday, even after we asked for an exterminator to come.

Our condo was perfect for us. The space was clean, well prepared for guests, and provided the perfect home base for a sisters trip. I will say, the condo was one floor above a bar/club that was very loud in the condo from the hours of 8pm-10pm. If I had small children I would have been upset by this given the information was not listed anywhere on the property information prior to booking.

This was our first time staying at a 360 Blue rental and the experience was very pleasant. We arrived VERY late and our key code did not work so I had to call emergency line. The representative was quick to call us back and reset the key code. We also had an incident with a beeping smoke detector due to low battery and the concierge was quick to respond. The home is decorated beautifully and the location was PERFECT. We would definitely recommend to our friends.

Enjoyed our stay at rosemary beach. Unit is a short walk from beach access which has a ramp. Very spacious with 2 large bedrooms with connecting full bathrooms plus 2 smaller beds downstairs. Kitchen is well appointed. Enjoyed the surrounding area with shops etc. Beautiful area to just walk around in as well.

This is a lovely condo was so convenient to shopping and restaurants. The short walk to the beach was so easy! At the top of the walkover there was a restroom, which was super handy when on the beach! The weather was perfect! It was very easy to leave the beach to grab food/snacks/drinks and take back. We loved this little beach community it was very lovely! The condo itself was decorated well with all the comforts of home! Highly recommend Mercado 3C!

We loved the location and the condo was excellent but the elevator was out the entire time of our stay. Three flights of stairs with luggage and groceries was difficult and my husband had a torn Achilles so it was not an option to go out. Patio view is nice. Kudos to Amanda Webb at 360 and Brandon. There was not anything they could do about the broken elevator but they did come and let us use a firestick so at least we could stream programs since it was difficult to get up and down the steps. We will call Amanda again. The elevator is supposedly a Rosemary HOA issue. Otherwise nice unit

Rosemary Beach is one of a kind and the location of this unit is great! The unit itself was very good but did lack some things you would expect from a similar property. - kitchen is understocked - refrigerator issues (warned about right before check in) - poor placement of the smoke alarm (extremely sensitive and went off daily) - the garbage dumpster location provides for horrible smells in the parking bay. (it was always overflowing and garbage was never cleaned off the floor) - We've stayed with 360 Blue (and in Rosemary Beach with other companies) in the past and this unit did not provide a welcome basket. Overall a great time because again Rosemary Beach is very unique but I would hesitate to stay at this property again.

First of all, the property is beautiful and centrally located to all that Rosemary has to offer. But beyond that, very disappointed with 360 Blue customer service. They knew at least a month ago, according to another review, that the 2 bikes promised were missing. When I asked about it I was told the vendor would be alerted and they would let me know. Crickets after that. Bike riding is one of our fav things to do and they didn't offer to reimburse us for having to rent our own. Also, there is no working ice maker in the unit. This is also a known issue as I was told the refrigerator/freezer is being replaced. They have a loaner in the unit but it had no ice maker. A company hoping to get a good review should leave a note about the situation and have a bag of ice waiting in the freezer. After 24 hours of waiting on maintenance we finally went and got our own. When I checked again, they final offered to bring some. Other than these two issues, everything was lovely! Come on 360 Blue, you can do better

This was our first visit to Rosemary Beach and it was wonderful. The condo was in a perfect location and was so beautiful. We only had 3 people in our party but could have definitely had more. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. The original place we rented came with bikes so was a little disappointed this one didn't. Plenty of places to rent them near by just cost more money.

Great stay at Rosemary Beach! Awesome location for us with a toddler and baby. Condo was beautiful and perfect size for our family of 4. Easy access to everything. Loved our balcony and view. Some minor deferred maintenance / wear & tear stuff could be dealt with (shower door in master, grout, water stain on master ceiling, coffee table seems very loose/rickety). These items didn't detract from our stay but we noticed them and thought them to be easy fixes for future trips. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for a lovely first trip to Rosemary Beach and all of 30A!

Enjoyed our stay. My teenagers loved the location. Condo was lovely and had everything we needed. We unfortunately had an ongoing battle with parking. Same car would park in our designated spot every time we left the unit. Made it very difficult to find parking in high season and heavy rain throughout our stay. Received several confusing emails from 360 Blue about repairs that I didn't request but our ongoing problem with parking never addressed. Just given a phone number that no one ever responded to requests. Stayed with 360 several times over the years and service continues to decline each visit. So.... if your not the one trying to find parking, it's great. We really enjoyed unit but service really lacking and confusing.

We've stayed at numerous places over the last several years and I'll first say that this place has been our favorite especially when it comes to location. We had 7 people in our party, 2 adults and 5 teenagers and we loved the spacious feel of this unit. There were three full bathrooms which came in handy with all of the people in our group. 360 blue did a fantastic job notifying us with any pertinent info via the app I downloaded before the trip. It was also nice that we did not have to strip the sheets and totally clean up at then end of the trip as they handled all of that. The outside balcony was amazing. My only negative is I wish the master bedroom had a window that could open or a separate balcony. That being said the kitchen was amazing and we would definitely stay there again!

We loved staying in Mercado 3C. it had everything we wanted! We come down with other families and take turns cooking for 13 people----the kitchen and space did not disappoint! Loved the big deck! We will try to rent it next year!

Our stay in Rosemary Beach was wonderful and Mercado 3C was a great place to stay. The location was perfect being close to restaurants and stores as well as the beach. We will definitely visit RB again :) Picture attached is the first sunset from our balcony.

We absolutely loved this condo! Everything from the kitchen and available items for cooking to the comfortable king size beds, my family couldnt have been happier with the accomodations. I will definitely rent this property again and 360 was extremely helpful with check in time since we had a baby with us. The app is awesome and so easy to use!

We came early for Ironman Florida and stayed a few extra days as well. This was the nicest place we have ever stayed! 360 Blue did a fantastic job of communicating with us and the accommodations were nicer than the website could ever show.
