DETAILS: This 4 bedroom home is exactly what you and your family have been looking for! With a private pool and close beach access, you will feel relaxed at your own oasis. With a reverse open floor plan, enjoy a gorgeous gourmet kitchen, breakfast nook, and living room, all with beautiful Seagrove views. Just off this area, the porch features a great outdoor dining and living area. This level also includes a primary bedroom with a connected porch and ensuite bath.
The third floor boasts 2 beautiful guest bedrooms, a king and queen bed, and private bathroom. Just down the hall, you will find a Bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds, extra living space, and a loft area equipped with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, perfect for kids and guests.
Downstairs, you will find a perfect guest bedroom with a Queen Murphy bed and private bathroom.

Our stay at Crabb Shack was amazing! We originally rented for 3 families to stay there, but it ended up being only 2 and it was actually perfect and may have been tight with 3. This didn't matter to us, but I will say the 3rd bedroom which was supposed to have a king bed did not - it was a queen.
The Pool was amazing and there is a tub of pool toys which was a nice surprise. The heating was perfect since we went for spring break.
We rented a wagon and it was perfect for the short walk to the beach.
Would definitely rent the Crabb Shack again!

We have stayed at the Crabb Shack several times and always have a great time! We love the layout of the house, the huge porches and the heated pool (which is larger than most at private homes in the area). We also love the massive off street parking that fits multiple cars - unlike the denser communities in the area. Last and most importantly, we love the fact that you can walk directly out to the beach on the deeded boardwalk at the end of the driveway. Although you can’t layout here, you can walk on the beach and easily get to the public beach close by without getting in your car. This is unique on 30A. Thank you for a great family vacation-we’ll be back!

We had a enjoyable time at the Crabb Shack in October 2021. The kitchen is very well stocked with all you could need. The bunk room is not a true room. There is no door, simply a curtain separating it from the upstairs den. If you are looking for private/deeded beach access, this is not the property for you. There is a private boardwalk to the beach, but you then have to walk down past a condo building to the public beach, I wish this had been clearer in the description, as it said private beach. We would have preferred not to have to get out there at 7:00 am every morning to get a front row spot.

Beautiful home! We loved staying at the Crab Shack. It's really nice and close to the beach. We enjoyed bike rides, pool, grill, outdoor patio and nice bedrooms.

The location and layout of the house was perfect for us. Super close to everything and public beach access. The only confusion was about the private beach access, there is a board walk you can use to get to the beach but then you have to walk like 2 mins down to actually be on public beach. We had 7 kids 6 and under and it was a great trip! The house was everything we needed, from the cozy bedrooms to the private pool.

We had 5 adults and 4 young children in our group. The house was the perfect layout for us. We paid to have the pool heated which was a hit. The close proximity to the beach made it easy for the kids.

Our family came together from three states to celebrate the life of our mother who passed away in late summer. This area of Florida was a family favorite and she loved the beach. Coming together as siblings with our own children made for a very special time. The home was perfect and we had ample space to move around and relax. The pool was a hit with the kids after the long day of playing on the beach. The weather was gorgeous as well. We enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving.

What a great trip to Seagrove!! A week filled with my family was so good for the soul. We enjoyed the Crab Shack home so much. Beautiful home that fit our family perfectly, with room to spare. The proximity to beach is ideal. Plus having the private pool made for even more fun & relaxing times. The short drive into Seaside is great as well. We will definitely be returning. Only 1 small hiccup, the last night, as the neighbors partied pretty late. Over all such a WONDERFUL vacation & rental property. Can't wait to return next year.

This was our 2nd week of a 2 week stay in Santa Rosa Beach. The house was very nice, modern, high end finish out. Kitchen was very nice. Pool perfect. Location excellent with beach access so close. Private access was nice but actual beach frontage was a little limited since there is private beach frontage on both sides. Condos on one side and private homes on the other. Management company was very responsive. Negatives - cost was relatively high compared to where we stayed the first week, House wasn't cleaned well when we moved in (mini bar countertop and both dresser drawer tops in guest bedrooms were DIRTY. Like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile. All covered with sand and grit. Really need to address that with the cleaning crew. No extra amenities outside of the bikes, which we didn't used. No beach toys, golf cart, etc. The beach chair setup company was expensive compared to others but apparently the company has the exclusive contract for that stretch of beach. Would I stay again? ...

We had a great time at Crabb Shack with 5 adults and 5 kids (7-19). The Crabb Shack layout, location and pool were all terrific. There were a few items that should be addressed in the near future. 1. Top floor ceiling lighting receptacles air conditioning vents and ducts have MOLD. This needs to be addressed ASAP. 2. Cleanliness was sub par for a 360 property. I could have done better myself with my own vacuum and cleaning supplies in less than 1 hour. 3. Beach access awesome, beach front neighbor harassment was dreadful. The house right next to the access and the one next to them were the main issues. If there are private property issues and easements for ""Walk Over Dunes"" homes, there should be markers and space for us renting the 360 homes. 4. Mischievous Mermaid 360 renters were very loud and lacked responsibility, fights around the pool, driveway and streets towards the end of the week (photo attached) 5. A few more than 3 coffee cups and 3 bowls would be great.

Great vacation for 4 adults and 8 teens. Proximity to the beach is fantastic and plenty of space on private beach so that we did not feel crowded. Will rent from 360 again as the staff and service were the most responsive we've ever encountered.

We loved our stay at the Crabb Shack! We had 11 people (7 adults, 4 kids) and had plenty of space. The house was very clean and the close beach access was great! Our only suggestion would be more outdoor furniture around the pool. Many days all 11 of us wanted to eat lunch around the pool and lay out but there weren't enough tables or lounge chairs. We would definitely come back again!

This was our first visit to Seagrove and also the first time we've rented a home through 360 Blue. We had 12 people stay in the Crabb Shak and it was perfect for our family! The young kids loved the bunk bed room, and our college kids liked the main floor bedroom with their own small refrigerator. The house is absolutely stunning! We all agreed that we would use 360 Blue again for future vacations. They were so helpful when we needed some additional items for a family member who had some mobility limitations due to a recent surgery. They had solutions for everything we needed, and gave us fantastic advice on local photographers for a beach family photo. Our only suggestion is that the home could use an additional refrigerator. We did struggle a little with having food and drinks for so many. Thank you for helping us make priceless memories!

Loved it. Perfect location and perfect for our family of 8. A couple of notes/suggestions- pool furniture! Need some quality chairs and loungers here for guests. What's there does not work. I would have gladly paid an extra $100 in the rental for good pool furniture. Suggestion - access to breaker box. Our family rented 2 golf carts for the week which were plugged in to outside outlets. Well they kept tripping the breakers downstairs. We called 360 blue once but it happened again. Had to plug in to outlets in the hall entrance way. Breaker box is in the garage and I understand limited access but something to consider. Pool Heater- paid for the week and it didn't heat. Called twice and 360 came out both times. However, pool service showed up Thursday and mentioned the valve was not open which limited the heater. Finally after 5 days it heated as it was intended. 360 blue mentioned they would make an adjustment to our payment. Other than that - we would rent again tomorrow. Thanks 360 Bl...

There were 10 of us that stayed at this beautiful home for a bachelorette party the first weekend of October, and we had a phenomenal time! The private pool was perfect, and the house was so clean, updated, and super nice! It is a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the beach was very pretty! Make sure to check the things to do through 360 Blue Properties! The check in and check out process was so easy and all the staff I talked to prior to the trip were very helpful. Gary, a massage therapist through 360 blue, came to the house for a massage for the bride, and she loved it! He was very professional and friendly, and the massage was phenomenal. We ate at great southern cafe and highly recommend it! Overall, it was a perfect location and a perfect house that made for some great memories! :)

Fantastic beach home for two families to share. We had a group of 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 2-13. More than enough comfortable sleeping accommodations with thoughtful design of 4 built in bunk beds next to a central play/TV room upstairs and two bedrooms on each side. Downstairs has a great dinner table that is very comfortable to have meals around and a well appointed kitchen. The pool is so refreshing to dip into after a day on the beach which is just a short dedicated boardwalk away (3 min walk). The street is very quiet dead end so we never worried about the kids outside. Two grills to enjoy charcoal flavor if you want or propane for that quick grilling. In the middle of all the action on Emerald Coast only minutes to the square and the Hub. Great golf at Shark's Tooth (worth the price if you can get on) but most importantly private beach access!

We enjoyed our stay! We had 6 adults and 6 children. The house was perfect! Four children loved the cozy, comfortable bunk beds. The private pool was great for the three 3 year olds. We want to stay here again!

We loved our stay at Crabb Shack! It is a beautiful home! This is only our second visit to the 30A area and both times we stayed on Chivas Lane in Seagrove!! It's a perfect location being as it is almost centered on 30A! The private boardwalk and beach are definitely a huge plus! We also added on the chair service and it's more than worth the money! The master suite was one of my favorites in the house! The kitchen and living area were amazing as well! It fit our family of six perfectly. The outdoor shower was a huge plus after coming in from the beach and the private pool was by far the best part of the house! I would recommend they concrete the driveway all the way back as it's all sand besides for the first little bit which makes for a lot of extra messiness when getting to the car or walking etc {or any type of hard surface}. Or making the bark area along the driveway a sidewalk to make walking back and forth from the house easier. Also, a walkway to the outdoor shower would be nic...

We have for many years (over 30) had our vacations along 30A with our growing family. We ventured off last year to a well known beach west of 30A in Alabama, but we beg forgiveness. We won't do that again. We especially love the Seagrove Beach area and this is our third time to stay on Chivas Lane. The house met all of our needs for sleeping 13 people, including a 2 year old. We have come home and ordered a foam top for our king bed, because the one we slept on was wonderful. The deck and cabana were very nice for early morning and late evening relaxing. The included bikes were a blessing. In the past we have loaded bikes on our cars and it was great not to do that this year. The pool was magnificent; just right for our family. We had some great times swimming late into the night. And the lawn surrounding it was fun for a game of wiffle ball. We would most definitely rent this house again if it were more handicap accessible. We both have struggles with stairs. Suggestions: The bedrooms...

This is our 4th beach vacation in Seaside and our first for Seagrove! We love this area as it is a perfect place for a family vacation! The Crabb Shack is a beautiful home! Light and airy and perfect for our 7 person family! I especially liked how much light enters the home and how comfortable the home is for a large family. The first floor open floor plan was ideal for cooking, eating and watching the ball fames! The pool was a fun add on even tho it was too chilly for us! The beach is seconds away - who could ask for more! A great vacation home! We had a blast! Cheers!
