Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. DETAILS: Situated in the Lake District of WaterColor, 140 Flatwood Street can sleep up to 14 guests and boasts 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Community amenities include pools, lounges, and stunning scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Guests will love relaxing on the multiple private porches or in front of the outdoor fireplace of this home.

Reclaimed beams and washed hardwoods accentuate the stunning open floor plan as guests enter the great room on the first floor of the 2-story Main House. The gourmet kitchen includes Thermador appliances, gleaming countertops, and a spacious island that doubles as a breakfast bar for 4. There’s plenty of comfortable seating in the living area. Sink into one of the 2 cozy couches and watch a favorite movies on the 65” TV. An 8-person table in the private dining room overlooks the outdoor space, or guests can dine while enjoying the fresh evening air at the table for 6 on the screened porch. On the terrace, guests will find a patio and grill. Curl up in front of the brick-accented outdoor fireplace and sip a nightcap to unwind after a day of activities. When it’s time to retire, there is a primary bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom on the first floor.

Head upstairs to a quiet second-floor living area with a 42” TV, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa—perfect for guests who don’t mind sharing a space. There are 2 guest bedrooms with a king bed each and 1 guest bedroom with 2 queen beds.
