Lovely home! Our girls trip was amazing…the house was nicely decorated with so many bedrooms and we loved the top outdoor deck area! We could really see the beach and hear the waves! The house was fully stocked. Close to everything at Seaside and Watercolor! Would stay there again! Thanks for helping us make great memories!

I would suggest that garbage bags be included. The trash can in the kitchen requires a special size and difficult to find at the grocery stores. Otherwise, we could not have asked for anything else for a perfect vacation place. We will be contacting you about renting again same time next year!

We have rented with 360Blue for years!!! My only real complaint is that it does not seem inventory is taken or really matters - what is in the house. The coffee pots and pots/pans are always nasty and this house did not have enough dishes for a house this size. Otherwise everything else has been good. The clean linen program is the best - except this house seemed to have designer duvets and pillows in every bedroom

360 Blue made the entire process so easy - from booking our reservation online through check-in to check-out. We had no issues and the house was perfect. Everything was in working order. Location was awesome. The house itself was beautiful. Our family stay was memorable. Highly recommend and look forward to future rentals. Thanks.

Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, a third pool with zero-entry, an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: This 5–bedroom, 5.5–bathroom WaterColor home at 146 Silver Laurel Way sleeps 12. Guests will love watching sunset set the sky ablaze with color from a tower with Gulf views. Cozy reading nooks, huge porches, luxurious appliances, and close to community pools, parks, and beach access from the Park District!
On the first floor, a guest bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom with shower, and a private entrance sits across from a dining room with seating for 6. An open kitchen with a smartly designed L-shaped island features premium appliances, 2 sinks, a wine chiller, a gas range, and an incredible amount of cabinet space. The island extends into a table with seating for 5 and creates a nice sense of division to the living area. Cream-colored slipcovered sofas, rattan chairs, and pale green pillows and lamps surround a flat-screen TV and enjoy natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that open onto a front porch with sofa and chairs. Doors from the living area also open to stairs that lead down to an outdoor patio with Adirondack chairs and a gas grill. An outdoor shower lets guests clean off beach sand before heading inside.
On the second floor, guests may choose between 2 guest bedrooms, a bunk area, or a primary bedroom. The guest bedrooms offer either a queen or king bed with a private bathroom or a semi-private bathroom, and the bunk area has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin bed. The primary bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with a soaking tub, a shower with marble tiles, and an enormous porch. Guests will enjoy the convenience of mixing a drink or grabbing a snack from a large wet bar that leads to the porch. A porch bed swing, dining table, sofas, and chairs all enjoy wooded views and fresh breezes.
A landing on the third floor provides space to unwind and relax with a sofa and cozy armchair and leads to a carpeted bedroom with king bed, twin bed, and a private bathroom with shower.
