Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, a third pool with zero-entry, and an enhanced WaterColor Grill and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: Beachside #13 is a 4–bedroom, 4–bathroom condo in the popular Gulf district of WaterColor. Guests will
love the gorgeous Gulf views this 2–story condo offers, the casual elegance of its interior, and access to
the Beachside pool. This is one of the few 4 bedrooms in Beachside!
An open layout allows guests to enjoy a jaw-dropping view of the Gulf when they enter Beachside #13. A kitchen with premium appliances overlooks a round dining table and a casually elegant living area with French doors that open to bright blue views of the Gulf from the balcony. Chaise lounges and cushioned chairs allow guests to spend as much time as they’d like enjoying the view and the salty breezes in comfort. Inside, hardwood floors and beautiful molding are the foundation for the delicate lighting details, local artwork, and coral accents that make Beachside #13 feel like a beach home away from home. Off the living area are a guest bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and French doors that open to the balcony. Guests will love watching the moonlight reflect on the waves from the porch swing before turning in for the night. Opposite the kitchen is a second guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and a shared bathroom.
The primary and third guest bedrooms are on the second floor. The primary bedroom enjoys spectacular views of the Gulf and the Beachside pool from a private balcony. The comfortable bedroom has a king bed and a large private bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, dressing area, and double sinks. The guest bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with shower only, and also enjoys a private balcony with fantastic Gulf views.
Guests can explore WaterColor’s many parks, nature trails, and shopping district on 4 included adult bikes. With a location close to the beach, the WaterColor Beach Club, and with views like this, Beachside #13 will not be available for long.

Disclaimer: All Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be arranged through The Electric Cart Company. Only one cart is allowed per home, and rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of 60 vehicles allowed in the community at any time. Additionally, WaterColor condominium buildings do not have exterior outlets for charging Low-Speed Vehicles/Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). 360 Blue does not provide extension cords for charging. Please discuss charging needs directly with your rental company.
