Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: This bright and airy non-smoking gulf front townhome is located on the 3rd and 4th floors and is a perfect vacation retreat! Beautiful wood floors accent the whole living area, including the living room, dining, and kitchen areas, which are all located on the first level. There is ample seating in the richly appointed living room, a television with DVD, and large French doors that lead onto a furnished porch with wonderful views of the Gulf and community pool. The large kitchen features granite countertops and a breakfast bar that seats 3. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and seats 8 comfortably. Two spacious bedrooms are located on the first level. The primary features a king-size bed, a television, and fabulous views of the Gulf and pool. The private bath offers a shower and a single vanity. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, television, and a private bath with a single vanity and shower. On the upper level are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom, a second master, is furnished with a king-size bed, a television, and French doors that brighten the room and lead out to a balcony that offers stunning views of the emerald green Gulf. The primary also has a private bath with double vanity, a shower, and a separate jetted tub. The second bedroom on this floor has a bunk bed, a built-in twin size bed, and an additional twin-size day bed with a trundle. There is also a private bath with a single vanity and shower.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Disclaimer: All Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be arranged through The Electric Cart Company. Only one cart is allowed per home, and rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of 60 vehicles allowed in the community at any time. Additionally, WaterColor condominium buildings do not have exterior outlets for charging Low-Speed Vehicles/Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). 360 Blue does not provide extension cords for charging. Please discuss charging needs directly with your rental company.

    Communication was excellent. The place was clean and well-located. Great view of the Gulf. Our main area of concern focused on some relatively small details: - I would suggest that you be more generous with small details: paper products, salt/pepper, dishwasher soap, Kuerig cups. The place is a premium priced place. We've stayed in other premium places that are generously stocked. You would generate lots of good will by doing the same. - The dishwasher was improperly adjusted - upper shelf too low. I was able to fix it, but a small hassle. - The ice-maker was not working. - The grill was difficult to light ... I couldn't do it ... no clicking. Not in great shape. - Only one side table on the balcony ... should have been a table reachable by each of the chairs (for cocktails/coffee, etc). - This is sort of picky, but all of the chairs/couches in the place were very uncomfortable for my back. Poor back support. - No placemats for the table.

    You can't beat the location of this home or the views! The home could use some updating as it is clear it's been loved for a number of years. However, we would stay here again because of the location and views, and the floor plan works great. We had some issues with the air conditioning not working well and then completely shutting off one day, but 360 Blue quickly sent maintenance both times!
