I would like to start by saying that communication with 360 Blue was prompt via phone calls and texts, which we appreciated! I think there may have been miscommunication with-in their departments as work was performed in wrong areas of the home and multiple people arrived at different times with our requests multiple times so that was a bit confusing. I think 360 Blue has gotten very big as a company and some of the charm that we experienced in the early days has been lost and you all have too many properties to maintain. We also felt like the bedding, towels could have been better and to give a property 2 kitchen towels for a week's stay is a little tough . We washed them multiple times throughout the stay, but it's just not enough to wash dishes and dry hands, use a dish drying towel, etc. For the home- I don't want to judge it too harshly, but we were VERY disappointed in this home and feel it needs a lot of attention in order to make it "Watercolor" worthy. I will start with the positives though- the location. GREAT location across from Camp Watercolor and easy access to the main roads and the back entrance for the Publix. This home has a lot of potential but needs a complete make-over and upgrade of furniture. The home does not even come close to having the cookware needed to make a dinner for 10-12 people. Very basic supplies and no potholders in the home seems like a basic need. The mattresses in EVERY room were terrible. Completely "sunkin-in" in the middle and I checked mattress dates on a few of them with one of them being 19 years old. That is ridiculous and unsanitary in addition to being uncomfortable. My husband had just had a hip replacement and experienced a lot of sleep issues and pain. My step daughter is 7 months pregnant and had tremendous tail bone pain from 7 nights of sleeping on a thin, old and no support mattress. The room above the garage listed a pull out sofa to sleep 2 people. It was stuck from someone jamming the mattress back inside of it, so we had to have maintenance come and help us to which it was completely dirty and not cleaned with food coming out of the sofa and onto the floor. We had to call multiple times for someone to come and clean it up for my pregnant step-daughter. The entire home is in need of painting, caulking and just normal upkeep. I know it gets used a lot, but upkeep is part of owning a rental property. The furniture quality was not anything like we have experienced in multiple Watercolor homes. The kitchen table chairs were "outdoor" dining chairs, the outdoor table chairs were cheap metal chairs that were a little rusted and not the right choice for that climate. The 4 front porch chairs were some of the cheapest plastic chairs I have ever seen. We rode bikes and walked almost the entire community daily and NEVER saw another home with as cheap of outdoor furniture. There was no conversational area and we had no where to meet as a family to relax outside- very disappointing. The entire home lacks a "lived in" feel and had no charm or cohesiveness. Everything in the home seemed like an after thought and like an investor who doesn't care just put a bunch of stuff in it. I have pictures of all of the above. When spending the type of money that Watercolor costs- there is a level of quality that is expected. I searched several homes around this home and in other districts for pricing next year to make some comparisons and this home is definitely overpriced for what it offers. We had to pay an extra $1800 for a golf cart, which many homes included. All in all, we feel the home is overpriced by about $2000 in comparison to other homes and honestly- we found several that were larger with more features and include the golf cart. I know this is a critical review, but my hope is the owner will take it seriously and make the necessary updates so that future renters will have a much better experience than we did.

Very convenient for the things we like to do while in Watercolor. Used as an overflow house for our large family gathering. Not too much input as little actual time other than sleeping was spent there.
