The first floor opens up to a recently renovated kitchen and living area featuring stainless steel appliances and seating for 8 at the dining table. It also opens up to a courtyard and veranda in the backyard. The primary bedroom is down the hall which has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower.
An additional living room is upstairs as well as 3 more guest rooms, each with its own bathroom. The first room has a queen bed and the others have kings. There is also access via a spiral staircase to the lookout tower with direct Gulf views.
The carriage house has a king bed and twin trundle bed to fit 4 additional guests. It has its own bathroom and washer and dryer as well.

- The Watersound HOA has set the number of designated parking spaces for each home, and only that number of vehicles can be permitted through the community security gate. Unfortunately, additional vehicles will not be allowed past the gate, even for quick unloading or drop-offs.
