The house was great, clean, and cozy, and when we needed to contact maintenance they were helpful and timely! Some minor maintenance issues within the house like: lock of pocket door of bathroom in the 2nd floor was broken so it wouldn’t close all the way and a screw was missing from sliding back door handle on the 3rd floor. Otherwise everything was great and would likely return!

The house was super clean and very well stocked. Attendants stopped by twice during our 4 day vacation to check the outside trash. This is the 7th consecutive year we have stayed in a 360 blue vacation rental in the cape San blas area and the 7th consecutive exquisite stay.

House was great. Very clean and furnished well for our needs. We have stayed there before it was redone. New furniture is beautiful. Our only issue was the king bed downstairs had queen sheets on it. It was not a big problem since only one person slept there, but if there had been two it would have been an issue.

No key was in the lock box when we got there but they came by and let us in (less than 30 minutes). Location is amazing, home is great, very clean. Highly Recommend!

The condo was amazing. Location was excellent to beach and pool. Short drive to anything we wanted to do Plenty of room for our family of 10 loved that the patio had a gate with key pad access so our little ones couldn’t get through unless they were with us. Was a nice safety feature. Will definitely be coming back next summer

Perfect location and great accommodations. We were a group of 3 and it was perfect. I know it’s listed to fit up to 6 and although it can technically sleep 6, I don’t think it would be the most comfortable stay.

We stayed at 5 O’Clock Somewhere for our 2025 family vacation and everyone loved it!! The house was amazing and perfect for our family of 10 adults and 9 children (seven years old and under!!). The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 was there was only one regular size refrigerator!! Even without putting our drinks in it there was not enough room. Thank goodness we had several ice chest.
